Anokh is a University of Connecticut graduate with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. He started working at Nextenture in August 2016 as its digital media and content specialist, developing the website and also helping the team with event coordination. Along with being a pop culture and professional sports fanatic, Anokh also has a history in competitive gaming and does freelance writing on the side.
Sumit worked in Deutsche Bank for five and a half years as a project manager in data center services before working at JP Morgan Chase in data management. He then moved to Boston to work at Nextenture, with a focus on appointment booking applications. Sumit graduated from Rutgers University with a masters degree in electrical and computer engineering. He’s also a tennis enthusiast.
Swetha was born in Chennai, India, graduating from Anna University with a bachelor’s degree in information technologies. After working in consulting for a few years, Swetha moved to the United States and started working at Nextenture, specializing in implementation consulting. She is also a proficient chess player, having competed at national tournaments in India for over 15 years.
Krishna is an implementation specialist with a focus in business analytics and reporting. She previously worked for Cognizant as a microstrategy software developer and also graduated from the Amrita Institute of Technology Science with a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering. Krishna is also a movie buff, having seen several Bollywood and Hollywood movies.
Ken has worked in training and development for over 8 years. He’s built new-hire and ongoing training programs for Apple and Estée Lauder as well as iOS applications in the domains of mental health and behavioral science. He was the Director of North American Retail Store Education and Change Management for the Estée Lauder Companies before moving to Nextenture to focus on developing product. Fun fact about Ken: he has over a decade’s worth of experience in film production, screenwriting, and audio engineering.
Maygan Cianflone has over 10 years’ experience in Apparel & Fashion Retail. Before joining Nextenture, she worked as a Business Analyst at Reflexis for 5 years, carrying out software implementation & training for clients such as CVS, Toys ‘R’ Us, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and several others. Prior to Reflexis, Maygan worked in Store Operations at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. (AEO), where she was a Project Manager for their aerie brand and ultimately supervisor of all AEO field and store communication. Prior to working at AEO, Maygan held various roles at Talbots Inc., including positions in Store Operations and Store Systems. Maygan brings a training and design point of view to Nextenture implementation, training, and solution deployment.
Abhiram is an implementation engineer for Nextenture. He enjoys theatre and cinema, having wanted to be a film director when he was younger and also avidly following cinema within India and the United States. Before working at Nextenture, he graduated the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a master’s degree in business information systems
Libby Romfh has worked in retail for over 30 years, most of that time with Barnes & Noble Bookstores where she managed stores and all areas of store operations, store communications, and workload planning and scheduling. Here, Libby also managed the implementation of Reflexis Task Manager, earned an MS in organizational change management and acted as the Director of Store Operations. When she’s not working, Libby promotes literacy through her writing and by encouraging first graders to read.
Having always loved fashion and the retail industry, Alisa Stallings was a store manager for Fossil and has worked at Vera Bradley’s corporate office for 6.5 years before moving to Nextenture. She also has experience in public speaking, having spoken at the Reflexis user conference in 2016. Alisa is big into traveling, having gone to Ireland and Taiwan before.
Harshal Tole is the Technical Project Manager for Reflexis implementations. In his spare time, Harshal is an exceptional tabla player and has won regional and national competitions hosted by All India Radio.
John has over 28 years in retail field operations, multi-unit management and operations logistics. Starting off as a salesman for Signet Jewelers, John eventually managed a 1000+ store division that generated over one billion dollars in annual revenue as the company’s Vice President of Store Operations. He then directed logistics for thousands of stores, tens of thousands of field team members and a $500 million payroll. John is also a former member of the United States Army, having enlisted in 1984 and leaving in 1988 as a Sergeant.
Rashmi is the chief operating officer at Nextenture. Having experience working in the workforce management software industry for over twenty years, she worked at Reflexis as one of its premier executives. When it comes to retail, not many have the knowledge or expertise that Rashmi has throughout her career.
Nikhil is the founder, owner and chief executive officer at Nextenture. He worked in Reflexis for over two decades as the Director of Development and Professional Services. Here, Nikhil learned the foundations of software implementation, workforce management and labor scheduling, having experience with Fortune 100 customers within the United States and Europe. He’s also an avid pool player
Deepak is a co-founder and IT leader for the engineering operations of Nextenture India. He worked for Reflexis for two decades as an IT manager and specializes in project design, development, web based applications, database, system administration and cloud management. Deepak also holds a masters degrees in electronics science from the University of Pune.
Rahul is the head of operations for Nextenture. In addition to working for Nextenture, he is also an avid photographer.
Namrata is the Manager of Professional Services at Nextenture. She has been with the IT industry for almost a decade and previously worked as a Project Lead/Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. Her expertise lies in Datawarehousing domain. Namrata also graduated from Goa College of Engineering with distinction in B.E. Electronics & Telecommunication. During her leisure she enjoys cooking and baking.
Yash is a software test engineer for Nextenture. He works on automation and manual testing and is currently working on developing a few Selenium based test cases for the Next! Engine.
Vipul is currently the youngest develop in the India team and is a software engineer. Always eager to learn new technology, he’s responsible for working backend and he occasionally lends a hand with Angular development.
With around 3 years of experience in advanced java, Hiren brings a calm head to the team as another software engineer. Always helpful to Vipul and Yash, he is a natural when it comes to implementing and working on new technologies.
Sagar is a biochemistry graduate and finished his post graduation in Masters of Computer Management from University of Pune. He joined Nextenture as an elearning developer. He has additional experience operations, UI development and web designing. An avid carrom player, Sagar also keeps an interest in listening music, traveling and trekking.
Nadeem is an application support Analyst and works with Swetha in helpdesk support.
Nikhil is a software engineer for Nextenture. He used to be a software developer for Mael India and has a masters in computer applications and computer science from North Maharashtra University.
