Reflexions 2019 Recap

August 15, 2019

Reflexions 2019 captivated hundreds of retail executives, many of whom spoke about the ROI provided to them by Nextenture. Here are three of their stories.

Dixons Carphone

As the Workforce Management Programme Manager of Dixons Carphone, Robin Phillips leads workforce management initiatives that have positively impacted more than 42,000 colleagues across the chain. According to Robin, “It’s important not to be led by a system.  Nextenture has the expertise to guide our configuration decisions, and they always go the extra mile.”

Working with Nextenture, Phillips has been able to identify opportunities to improve business processes. For companies with 2,000 stores like Dixons Carphone, even small improvements have big impacts.

Phillips also discussed Nextenture’s Appointment Scheduling and Queue Management Solution —  Next!. Unlike other appointment booking products, Next! directly integrates with workforce scheduling and task management applications, ensuring adequate staff to cover the scheduled appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Shoe Sensation
Breaking from the traditional labor engineering model, Shoe Sensation has deployed Nextenture’s Time Studies tool to conduct time studies in a self-serve, crowdsourced model.
According to Dave Schoengart, CEO of Shoe Sensations, “the benefit of working with Nextenture is speed to market, domain expertise and a desire to exceed expectations.  Nextenture is absolutely a partner you should trust.”

Bob’s Discount Furniture

To conclude Wednesday, Ryan Nalette led a workshop in which he detailed how Nextenture led the implementation for Bob’s Discount Furniture, which won the Reflexions’ annual “Best Implementation” Award.

“If I were to describe Nextenture with one word, it would be responsive,” Nalette said. “Their team truly goes above and beyond all expectations that we had heading into the project.

Similar to Phillips, Nalette said that the faster deployment opened up opportunities to build more accurate labor models, drive greater workforce productivity, and move solutions up to speed.

“Would we work with Nextenture again? Yes, absolutely – and you should too,” Nalette concluded.

Nextenture drives first class labor performance for dozens of leading retail brands.  To learn more about Nextenture, set up a meeting with a solutions consultant here.
