Maygan runs every aspect of Nextenture like a well-oiled machine, keeping our vision of ‘AI for a wall-to-wall connected branch’ at the forefront. Her days are spent meeting with bankers and credit union leaders, driving innovation and collaboration across the industry.

When she’s not shaping the future of frontline fintech, she’s making an impact in her community: serving on the Alumni Board of Directors at The Catholic University of America, connecting with fellow women in leadership through the CHIEF network, and sharing with others as a Young and Strong Survivor Guide at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

A proud mom, wife, and travel enthusiast, Maygan thrives on building meaningful connections.

Nikhil’s journey with Nextenture began with a simple insight: branches need fewer systems, not more. He built NPC to centralize the daily rhythm of branch teams supported by AI. NPC is live, in use, and loved by its early adopters.

Nikhil hails from a small town in India and actively invests in Girls-in-technology initiative at his alma mater.

An engineer at heart, a builder by nature, and an entrepreneur by conviction. Nikhil bootstrapped NPC from concept to product with a lean team, deep industry relationships, and a relentless focus on product-market fit.

Outside of work, you’ll find Nikhil exploring astronomy, reading history, running, debating current affairs, playing harmonica, painting in watercolor, and perfecting his backhand in table tennis.
